The majority of local & indigenous forestry clearing is done with excavators, skid steers & tree mulching equipment. We provide assistance with obtaining  land clearing permits from the local county & the Washington state Department of Natural Resources if necessary depending on the size, location, & plans. 

We also work with several local trucking companies and private logging mills in the area as well as our own in house tree service: Baxter's Tree Services. We also conduct topographic drone surveys.

Ready to tear down and rebuild? Need to demolish a house, just take down a shed, or small structure? We have over 20+ years of experience with demolition, debris removal, and hazardous material removal. We provide permitting assistance between the local county and Washington state Department of Ecology if necessary. 

We have our own debris removal and hauling service. For smaller household related junk removal we can recommend several local options or just call 1800 i got junk. 

Gravel driveways are common because they are cost effective, reliable and easily repairable. We can modify and repair an existing driveway or clear the way for a new one. We can haul in any amount of materials as often as needed so that we can get the job done quickly. For a smoother and longer lasting finished product we also offer asphalt as a top layer for your driveway or private road.

Most of the terrain in the Pacific Northwest is uneven and consists of a variety of materials including clay and rock which can be challenging to develop on and can cause water to drain and runoff to an undesirable location.

We can remove any unwanted material and reshape or grade and redirect water flow on your property to fit your projects needs and avoid damage to existing structures.

Trenching and backfilling for utilities is done quickly and effortlessly in most cases. Be sure to have utilities marked by calling 811 or visiting their website in advance.
