Provide general labor under the direction Foreman/Job Manager to bring about completion of land excavation jobs and tree work. Involves skillful use, maintnance and care of vehicles,  equipment and hand tools. Requires reliable transportation and a strong personal consideration for personal safety.

Operates construction equipment, including bulldozers, forklifts, backhoes, dump trucks, cargo trucks, and hydraulic truck cranes. Operation of this equipment is to assist in the construction of structures, including bridges, roads, and buildings. Requires a strong consideration for personal safety.

Provide management, labor and skill towards completion of projects.  Under general supervision, responsible for field crew operations, achieving successful and timely completion of assigned projects, and enforcing safety measures at all times. Involves record keeping and maintenance of property.

Provide labor and skills toward completion of landscape maintenance jobs. Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor. Involves special skills and knowledge as well as vehicle use and equipment. Requires physical agility and consideration for safety standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly developed administrative and marketing skills.

Degree in marketing, business management or similar degree / experience.

Proficient computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project), and some computer aided drafting and modeling are preferred. Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once, which could be various smaller projects and/or one large project.

Adept at working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting as well as exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong marketing, market development, sales and client management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A background in marketing and/or public relations is preferred. 

Experience with Social Media and / or Websites are a plus.
